Lactation
Does any of this feel all too familiar?
Each time you bring your baby in to latch, you brace yourself—tightening up and holding your breath—just trying to get through the initial pain, even if it eases after a bit.
You’re concerned your milk supply might not be enough. You consider pumping for reassurance, but instead of comfort, it leaves you feeling overwhelmed and emotional.
You’ve tried everything to keep your baby alert—cooling them off, undressing them, gently stimulating them—but they still drift off after only a few moments of feeding.
You’ve heard that babies are born knowing how to latch, yet yours struggles to open wide or keeps slipping off, leaving you frustrated and unsure.
Your birth experience didn’t go as expected, maybe it was even traumatic—and early separation from your baby has made feeding feel even more challenging. Now you’re looking for guidance and support to move forward.
If any of these feel familiar, you don’t have to keep figuring it out on your own. These challenges are common—and they are exactly the kind of things lactation support can help with. With the right guidance, feeding can feel more comfortable, confident, and connected.
Meet Coley
Hi! I’m Coley, a Licensed Dental Assistant and Certified Lactation Counselor—and a proud wife and mom of four.
As a mom of four—each with their own unique feeding journey—I’ve personally experienced both the challenges and the rewards of breastfeeding.
My own breastfeeding journey didn’t come easy. With my first baby, I experienced pain, frustration, and moments of sitting on the floor in tears, unsure of where to turn for help. That experience is what fuels my passion today.
In my work as a lead assistant in tongue and lip tie revisions, I began to see a clear gap—families often needed more support before and after procedures, not just during them. That realization is what inspired me to expand our practice to include lactation care.
I love being part of the clinical side of care, but what means even more to me is walking alongside moms and babies as they build a confident, comfortable feeding journey.
If feeding feels hard—or even if it doesn’t—you’re welcome here. Support doesn’t require a problem. Sometimes it’s about reassurance, education, and simply knowing you’re on the right track. Lactation care can be preventative, supportive, and empowering at any stage of your journey.
