Can I eat normally with clear aligners?

Yes. Because the aligners are removable, you can continue eating most of your favorite foods. Take the trays out before eating, brush or rinse your teeth afterward, and clean the aligners before putting them back in. Avoid drinking sugary, acidic, or strongly colored beverages while wearing them.
